What Unlimited Resolutions Mediation Can Do For You
Unlimited Resolutions Mediation, Inc. assists businesses and governmental organizations with avoiding legal exposure while keeping all issues confidential. Businesses that utilize mediation place a great value on the fact that their business affairs remain private, NOT a matter of public record.
URMe offers hourly mediation services and/or a customized package consisting of mediation and executive coaching tools, tailored to meet each organization's diverse needs. URMe hourly mediation services:
- An initial retainer includes five (5) hours of the Mediator's time and a one time administrative fee, which must be paid prior to the commencement of any services
- If additional time is required, a supplemental five (5) hour retainer must be paid prior to scheduling further mediation sessions
- If less time is used, any remaining funds will be refunded
URMe encourages mediation participants to share costs equally; however, other arrangements can be made, as agreed by the participants. URMe requires a Fee Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Client Consent and Disclosure signed by all parties and payment prior to the commencement of any services.
URMe does not provide legal and/or tax advice to mediation participants. We strongly recommend that each participant consult privately with advisors of his/her choosing for independent legal and/or tax advice. Upon request, URMe can provide clients with a list of tax advisors and/or Attorneys for independent consultations.
