Divorce Mediation with and without Attorneys

Save time, money and stress by using divorce mediation.

URMe, Inc. works with clients to address and resolve any and all issues presented by the dissolution of their marriage.  Our package, without Attorneys, includes the drafting and filing of all of the pleadings necessary to commence your case, mediating of the issues, a legally binding mediated Settlement Agreement and the drafting and filing of all of the pleadings necessary to conclude the divorce.

Domestic Partnership

While dissolution of a Domestic Partnership has the same emotional impact as a divorce, the process is different. The State of Arizona does not recognize these unions; therefore, the two viable options available to couples are mediating or civil litigation. The civil Courts are overcrowded and are not set to hear domestic issues. This allows Domestic Partners the forum to present all of their issues in a comfortable, confidential setting and have a legally binding agreement.

Legal Separation (With or Without Children)

The procedure for filing a legal separation is like that of filing for divorce. Neither process is ever easy. We can make the process a lot easier.

Paternity (Children born outside of Marriage)

When a child or children are born outside of marriage and the relationship ends, one parent must file a Court action to establish paternity, custody, parenting time and child support. If both parties agree on paternity (who the parents are), custody, parenting time and child support can be resolved through mediating. URMe will prepare and file all of the necessary pleadings to commence the paternity case. During the process, the parents will reach agreements resulting in a legally binding mediated Settlement Agreement. Then, URMe will prepare all of the necessary pleadings to conclude the paternity case and file them with the Court.

What URMe Can Do For You

TIME:  It can take months or even years to get a final Court Order, Divorce Decree, or Legal Separation Decree, and some people return to Court year after year trying to change or modify their Orders.  Divorce Mediation can expedite the process and it can be scheduled when it is convenient for the clients.  If clients follow our guidelines, divorces can be complete in as little as 90 days.

MONEY:  A divorce, legal separation, or paternity action can cost tens of thousands of dollars to litigate. Clients can find a better way to spend their money--especially if they have children.   Divorce Mediation can save each party thousands of dollars.

STRESS:  Divorce Mediation can make divorce, separation, or paternity action a lot easier by putting the decisions in the hands of those involved.  Cases are settled in hours, usually two sessions.  At URMe, our divorce mediations are conducted in a comfortable, confidential setting rather than the intimidating environment of a Courtroom.

Mediated agreements are final, detailed and legally binding.  Everyone is more likely to accept and follow something they participated in creating.  Divorce Mediation allows individuals to move forward more quickly with a better, positive attitude.

At URMe all of your Court documents are drafted by Attorneys licensed in the State of Arizona
